Kemsing ltc is a local tennis club affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association (preferential Wimbledon ticket draw participation amongst other benefits). The club has a full programme of club play, tournaments and we compete in the Kent and village leagues.
Known for its friendly atmosphere, we have a full social programme including Sunday afternoon teas and American tournaments. Coaching is a particular strength in partnership with the John Heuermann Tennis Academy.
Adults
The club has a strong Adult section with Mens, Ladies and Mixed teams competing in the Kent league, and we have recently entered a team in a local village friendly competition. We encourage all standards of player, with regular Club sessions on weekend afternoons and evenings during the week. Our Intermediate group on Tuesday evenings is well attended by enthusiasatic beginners and improvers, and there are other members who get together for veterans, ladies etc. sessions on weekdays.
Juniors
The club actively promotes tennis for children and runs a full programme of activities ranging from Mini Tennis through to County Coaching and Junior memberships are available from age five upwards. Juniors have priority on the courts on Friday evenings with various activities on offer. In the Summer term the Club provides approximately 12 weeks free coaching for all its junior members.
Our AimsWe aim to be best local tennis club in the area, in terms of providing the most up to date facilities and a warm welcome. These facilities are provided at competitive rates and give excellent value for money. We will support all standards of players and especially welcome Juniors and families. While striving to improve playing standards and encourage increased competition we will also emphasise our friendly ''open door'' approach.
Club Profile
Kemsing ltc is a well established tennis club (founded in 1926), based in a superb location just outside Kemsing Village nestling underneath the Downs, with four floodlit courts.
